close your eyes…

imagine your toes sinking into coarse grains of sand.  you spread your toes wide and wiggle.

chin high, nose up.  you breathe deep and stretch your arms high and wide.

chest open, you breathe out.  relax.

think of the sun kissing your face, enough to keep you feeling warm against the fresh breeze.

just for a few minutes.  let everything go.
